The Cochise County Emergency Medical Services (CCEMS) Sub-Regional Council is comprised of various agencies that come together in a collaborative effort to improve emergency medical care in and around Cochise County by sharing valuable information, working together to improve interoperability and developing strong working relationships in order to provide the best customer service for the members of our communities.
